This App is designed to prioritize your privacy. Your study progress, including "Weakness" data, bookmarked questions, and daily schedules, is stored locally on your device using the Isar Database. We do not transmit this personal study data to our external servers.
- Audio & Microphone Access:
The App requires access to your device's audio output to play study materials. If a feature requires microphone access (e.g., for future speaking practice), permissions will be requested explicitly. No audio recordings are uploaded to our servers.
- Location Data (Optional):
The App may request approximate location data solely to help you find your local Senators, Representatives, and Governor via the "Dynamic Answer" feature. This data is processed locally or via direct links to official .gov websites and is not stored by us.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App. These providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases (Lifetime Access). They handle purchase validation but do not have access to your personal study data.
- Google Play Services / Apple App Store: All financial transactions are processed directly by Apple or Google. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
4. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for adults preparing for the US Citizenship Test. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
