1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the CivicsAudio 2026 app (the "App") provided by STROMSMITH ("we" or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Government Affiliation Disclaimer (Crucial)STROMSMITH IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY. The App is a private study tool designed to assist users in preparing for the US Citizenship Naturalization Interview. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government entity.

• All official information regarding the citizenship test can be found at www.uscis.gov.

3. License and Use We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4. Purchases and Refunds

• Lifetime Access: The App offers a one-time purchase option ("Lifetime Access") that unlocks all features. This is a non-consumable product.
• Payments: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds: We do not handle refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Content and Accuracy While we strive to keep the 128 questions and answers updated (including the 2025 changes), government policies and elected officials (Senators, Governors) change frequently. We do not guarantee that the information is error-free or completely up-to-date at the exact moment of your exam. It is your responsibility to verify specific details with official sources.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, STROMSMITH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to failure to pass the citizenship exam. The App is a study aid, not a guarantee of results.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert Your Incorporation State, e.g., Delaware], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
